Project Management
Our leadership team, combining Red Seal carpentry expertise with the diligence of an in-house CPA, provides comprehensive project management. We de-risk your investment by ensuring every decision is viewed through the critical lenses of quality craftsmanship and financial stability, providing the professional reporting your lenders and stakeholders require.
General Contracting
As your general contractor, we manage all on-site aspects of the build. Since 2021, we have been the primary builder at Saanich Ridge Estates, constructing over 50 single-family homes in this multi-phase subdivision. This proven experience demonstrates our capacity to manage crews, trades, and city inspections efficiently to deliver quality at scale.
Sub-contracting
We offer specialized sub-contracting services, particularly in framing for multi-unit projects. Our teams have provided framing for numerous homes across the Saanich Peninsula for partners like DreamWeaver Homes at Tsawout and Tseycum First Nations, contributing to the efficient production of high-quality local housing.

COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT
Saanich Ridge Estates
Saanich Ridge is a master-planned community of contemporary family homes nestled within 100 acres of old-growth forest. We are currently the primary builder for 63 more units over the next two years. These thoughtfully designed floorplans feature generous backyards and fully-equipped suites, capturing the essence of Vancouver Island living.

DreamWeaver Homes
We partnered with DreamWeaver homes as a key framing subcontractor for multiple communities, including 15 homes at Starlight Village and 8 homes at Tseycum First Nation. This partnership highlights our ability to integrate seamlessly into larger projects to help deliver affordable, quality housing.

Sunbird Crescent
Sunbird was a single-family home project located on the Tseycum First Nation. Acting as General Contractor throughout 2024, we completed construction of three new homes. These thoughtfully designed two-storey, four-bedroom homes provided vital housing for three families in the community.
