A Record of Success: Phases 1-4 – Our team successfully managed the execution of the first four phases of this remarkable community. We are particularly proud of our work on Phases 3 and 4, where our efficient scheduling and oversight led to the completion of 26 high-quality, family-oriented homes in just 12 months. This achievement set the standard for excellence that we carry forward in every project.

Currently Under Construction: Phases 5 & 6 – Our crews are on-site and hard at work as we manage the active construction of Phases 5 and 6. This significant stage involves bringing 52 new single-family homes to the community. We are working closely with professional design partners to ensure their updated floorplans and finishes are executed to perfection. As of fall 2025, we are on schedule to deliver these stunning 2,500+ square foot homes for their 2026 completion.

The Future: Phase 7 – Our successful partnership continues as we prepare for the future of Saanich Ridge. We are already engaged in the preliminary planning for Phase 7, with construction slated to commence in 2027.
