2-Years - Materials & Labour
For the first 24 months, your warranty covers any defect in materials and labour. This includes the systems that keep your home comfortable and functional, such as the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning delivery systems. This coverage also extends to the exterior cladding, caulking, windows, and doors.
5-Years - Building Envelope
For the first 5 years, your warranty covers the building envelope, which is the system of components that separates the controlled interior environment from the outdoors. This includes protection against defects in the materials and labour that result in water penetration, such as issues with the roof, exterior walls, windows, and doors.
10-Years - Structural
For a full 10 years, your warranty covers the structural components of your home. This includes the key load-bearing elements, such as the wood frame, foundation, and beams. This long-term coverage protects against any defect in materials and labour that results in the failure of these critical structural components.

Upon completion of your home, we provide a customized Homeowner Guide specific to your home build. This Homeowner Guide is intended to be a resource for information about your new home and warranty. We provide an electronic copy of the Homeowner Guide and supplementary material to support your understanding of New Home Warranty and important information on the systems, products, and materials that have been installed in your home with details on how to operate and maintain them.
